Is your baby glued to you? Then you are not alone! The baby carrier program is designed to allow you to exercise while wearing your baby in a carrier/scarf!

For four weeks, you will focus on strengthening your whole body after pregnancy, with an extra focus on your back and shoulders - the parts that are really affected by carrying.

Caesarean Section

Wearing a carrier puts a strain on your entire torso. Therefore, we recommend that you wait about 4 weeks before trying the workouts from this program.

Vaginal Delivery

The program can be started when you, your baby and your pelvic floor feel comfortable with carrying. For some, this will be after a few weeks - for others after a month.
