In the third stage of our postpartum series, you will be served a delicious compote of invigorating and fun exercises! The program will really challenge your whole body. Here you will build strength for the rest of your life!
The workouts in this program are at a high level. Therefore, we recommend that you have trained at lower levels and built up your endurance before starting "Even Stronger Mama."
If you have completed step 2 and feel ready for another challenge, this is the perfect next step for you!
The Program in Brief:
- 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks
- 1 medium-weight dumbbell and a chair are required
- High level of training that builds strength and endurance throughout the body after pregnancy.
Who is it for?
"Even Stronger Mama" is the program for you if you're ready to take your training to new heights! Since the training in this program is pretty intense, we suggest waiting at least 4 months after your pregnancy and finishing Step 2 before starting the program.


The programs do not have to be started at exactly these times, but “Stronger Mom” should not be implemented before 8 weeks have passed after childbirth.
