Our two-day digital course teaches you everything from basic anatomy to practical exercises and training programs for women with or without specific symptoms and pain conditions.
After completing the course and passing the test, you will be certified by Mammaträning and will have a solid knowledge base to support your clients or patients.
Once you have completed the registration form, we will send you or your employer an invoice.

Day 2 - Postpartum

- What is normal and what is not?
- How do we plan postpartum exercise?
- Return to strength training
- Return to jumping and running
- Persistent pelvic pain postpartum

Who is the Course for?
The course is designed for professionals working with women during and after pregnancy - personal trainers, physiotherapists, midwives and other health professionals.
Certification
After participating 100% in our digital training via Zoom and completing an approved home assignment, you will become "Certified by Mammaträning." In addition to the certification, you will have access to handouts and practical tools to use in your professional role. You will also receive a 20% discount on our continuing education courses. Pelvic floor, pain, and dysfunction!

Your Teacher
The course is led by one of Sweden's leading physiotherapists in women's health, Carolina Jozic, who has extensive experience of helping women with their bodies during and after pregnancy.
With training in focus, Carolina has niched herself on birth injuries, pelvic floor problems, pelvic pain and other pregnancy-related problems. She has trained everyone from healthcare professionals to personal trainers for several years.
