Strong Mama - Step 2
Once the most fragile weeks after birth have passed, and the body's own healing is well underway, we can add further challenges to training.
Where "New Mama" left off, "Stronger Mama" picks up. A follow-up program for those who want to strengthen their bodies even more!
If you have undergone a cesarean birth, we strongly recommend that the first 8 weeks (restriction period) have passed before starting this program.
The Program in Brief:
- 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks
- Extra focus on your core and pelvic floor
- Body weight and dumbbell needed
Who is it for?
In Step 1 (New Mama), you chose a version depending on your way of delivery, but now that eight weeks have passed, we no longer have C-section-specific aspects to take into account. Here all mothers go together!
Training remains gentle with a focus on rebuilding. Abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor are still treated with the utmost respect.
All mothers unite!


The programs do not have to be started at exactly these times, but “Stronger Mom” should not be implemented before 8 weeks have passed after childbirth.
