In this delightful 12-week challenge, you'll get everything you need to find and maintain your training routine!
Each week consists of four short bodyweight workouts mixing strength and breathing. In the middle of the week we also add a recovery session with mobility exercises!
Kickstart is about making exercise a natural part of your everyday life. You can do it at home, at the gym, in the park or wherever it suits you best. It's simple, accessible and effective!

The Program in Brief:
Kickstart to get into the exercise routine

15-30 minutes per session

Who is it for?
"Kickstart" is suitable when you are at least 3 months postpartum, but works just as well if the children have started school!
The sessions are short, so that they can be easily prioritized in your daily routine, and only require body weight.
