Are you longing for the great community at your local box, but unsure how to return to harder training after pregnancy? Then Back to the Box is perfect for you! 

For 12 weeks, we give you three sessions a week - just long enough, just hard enough - but with enough pressure to make it feel real. You'll gain strength, technique and fitness in a sensible mix by women's health physios.

The Program in Brief:

  • Each session is 30-45 minutes long
  • Includes strength training, Olympic lifting and classic WODs

Who is it for?

Back to the Box is the program for you who have longed to step into the box again - but want to do it with security, control and a program adapted to the body after pregnancy.

It is suitable when you are at least three months postpartum, regardless of how you gave birth, and feel that your body is ready for more challenging workouts.
